When is the new app available?
The new app experience will be available from April 7.
Do I need to switch right away?
No. You can switch at any time during the 3-month transition period. We recommend switching early so you can start using the latest improvements and get familiar with the new experience before the old app is replaced.
Should I delete the old app?
No. Please do not delete the old app yet. It will remain available during the transition period and will later be updated and replaced with the new native app.
Will I lose any bookings if I switch?
No. All bookings made in the old app will also appear in the new app. You do not need to migrate anything or rebook.
Will new features still be added to the old app?
No. New features and improvements will only be added to the new app. The old app will remain available temporarily as a fallback during the transition period.
Why should I switch now if the native app update comes later?
The new app experience is already available now, and all new improvements will happen there. Switching early helps you get used to the new experience before the old app is updated and replaced at the end of the transition period.
Will geofencing still work?
Yes. Geofencing will continue to work as long as you keep the old app installed. If you have any issues with geofencing, these can still be troubleshooted in the old app during the transition period.
How do I add the new app to my home screen?
Open the link in the current app and follow the on-screen steps. The new app will guide you through saving it to your home screen.
What happens at the end of the 3-month transition period?
At the end of the transition period, the old app will be updated in the app store and replaced with the new native app.
Do I need to move my data manually?
No. Your existing bookings will already appear in the new app. No manual migration is needed.
What if I have a problem switching?
Please contact support. We can help with adding the new app to your home screen or troubleshooting issues in the old app during the transition period.
