Issue

The user is unable to log in and access the Door James application.

This article also applies to users requesting a password reset.

Typical error message:

“Your sign-in was blocked. Additional information required.”

Possible Cause

Door James uses Single Sign-On (SSO) via your company’s Microsoft Azure Active Directory.

In some cases, Microsoft requires users to verify their account information for security reasons before allowing access.

This may trigger a Microsoft pop-up requesting additional verification.

Solution

Please follow these steps:

1. In the Microsoft pop-up, click “Additional information required”.

2. You will be redirected to the Microsoft Azure AD security page.

3. Verify or update the following information:

   • Telephone number

   • Email address

   • Multi-Factor Authentication settings

4. Confirm the details.

After completing the verification, Microsoft will automatically redirect you to the Door James application.

Important Notes

• Door James does not manage user passwords.

• Authentication is handled by your company’s Active Directory / Single Sign-On system.

If you cannot log in or need to reset your password, please contact your corporate service desk or IT administrator.

Internal Support Note

Always verify the user’s organization before suggesting Azure or Microsoft login steps.

Do not provide CGI-specific instructions to non-CGI users.

Solution

Veuillez suivre les étapes suivantes :
