Application Specifics/Functions – User
1. Room – a button that allows an end-user to choose his/her desired room or area within the office vicinity.
2. Desk – a button that allows end-users to choose their desired office desks/ tables.
3. Scan – a button that allows guests to check-in. Also known as Personal Digital badge.
Note: Your QR code contains personal information such as Name, Office Address and etc. Your QR code will be available under profile.
Your guests log in to an iPad in the entrance area or near the reception desk. For this purpose, an individual QR code or meeting ID is used, which external guests receive via E-Mail from the DoorJames system 12 hours or depending on the office manager’s schedule before the appointment. Once the QR code is scanned on the DoorJames iPad or the meeting ID is entered, the guest is logged in and receives information on the screen to take a seat in the waiting area.
4. Bookings – a button that allows guests to check their confirmed engagements or reserved accommodations.
