Reporting Problem in Doorjames Application
Steps on how to Report Problem in Doorjames application:
1. Sign in to https://doorjames.app/
2. Go to “Settings” and choose “Report a problem”
3. Select a problem you want to report. In this case we have four (4) types.
3.1 Desk Problem
- Select an “Area” and “Desk Name”.
- Click on “confirm details”.
- Select the “type of problem”. You can attach photos.
- Then click “Send” button.
3.2 Meeting Room Problem
- Select an “Area” and “Room Name”.
- Click on “confirm details”.
- Select the “type of problem”. You can attach photos.
- Then click “Send” button.
33.3 App Technical Problem
- Fill in mandatory fields “Summarize the Issue” and “How did this bug occur?”.
- You can add additional comments and photos.
- Then click “Send” button.
33.4 Other Problem
- Fill in mandatory fields “Choose an Area” and “Type of Problem”.
- You can add additional comments, specify location and attach photos.
- Then click “Send” button.
