Overview

The Check-In Questionnaire requires users to answer predefined questions before checking in.


Steps

  1. Log in to the Admin Panel
  2. Select the correct office
  3. Open Office
  4. Open Member App Settings & Notifications
  5. Navigate to Last Check-In Questionnaire

Configure

  • Enable questionnaire
  • Define timing
  • Set validity period
  • Define lead time
  • Add title
  • Add individual questions

Click Save

Users must now complete the questionnaire before check-in.
