How to set up the Automatic Check-Out

If you need to edit the automatic check-outs, reminders or reservation limitations, you can do it in the Admin Panel.

Got to “Manage”- Asset booking- Settings.

Under Automation, you can edit:

-        The automatic check-out.

-        The cancellation of reservations with no check-in.

-        The reminder to check-in.

-        The reminder for an upcoming reservation.

Under Limitations, you can edit:

-        The limitation for the reservation duration.

-        How far in advance someone can do a booking.

The editing for all of these settings is the same. You can enter a number in the left field and choose the duration unit from the dropdown options in the right field.

You can only click on the “Save” button once you have changed something. Do not forget to save your changes.
