How to create a new asset or feature

You are able to create a new asset if you are an Editor, Manager or Admin in the Admin Panel.

To create a new asset, go to “Manage”- Asset Booking- List/Map View You can click “+Add Desk”

In the pop-up, you are able to name the asset. You can also choose the area and the features that are included in the asset. Then you can click on “Add Desk”.

Once you have created the asset, you can turn it on or off. When you can turn it on, the asset is available to be booked, if it is turned off then it is blocked and cannot be reserved.

You can delete or edit the asset by clicking on the pen icon in the asset’s row.

In case the asset has a feature that is not included in the list that was shown, you can create it.

Add the feature name, select an icon if available and hit add. You can also edit features by clicking on the pen icon on the right side of the feature, or delete it by clicking on the bin icon.
