Basic troubleshooting Door James Login issue

Mobile phone:

For IOS Users

1. Uninstall Door James Application.
2. Go to "Apps Store"
3. Search and install Door James application.
4. Once installed go to settings> Search Door James> then make to have this enable.
* Location = always
* Notification = Allow Notifications
* Camera = Enabled
* Cellular Data = Enable [if you were using mobile data]

For Android user:

1. Uninstall Door James Application.
2. Go to Play Store.
3. Search and install Door James application.
4. Once installed go to settings> Search Door James> then make to have this enable.

*Location Permission = Allow All the time
*Camera = Allow while apps is using
* Notifications = Enable All

Web Browser:

Delete the existing Door James url in favorites.

Delete cache and history. [make sure to avoid the passwords when deleting as it might affect other login credentials of the user.

 Type https://doorjames.app/ then save it using add to favorites

Then try to login
