Status Icons → Users can now turn on Status Icons in settings to show icons alongside color on maps and notifications. This makes availability and status information clearer at a glance, especially for users with color vision differences and anyone who benefits from stronger visual cues.
Default Office Selection → Users can now choose a default office in settings, so the app opens the right office automatically on launch or creating a new booking.
AI Recommendations → A new settings toggle lets users enable or disable AI-based booking recommendations, giving them more control over their booking experience.
Booking Experience → After creating a booking, users are redirected to the agenda view and the new booking opens automatically for a clearer next step.
Admin Panel Asset Icons → Organizations can now upload custom icons for asset types, office equipment, and features to make maps and resources easier to recognize.
Native App Reliability → The app now handles booking updates more smoothly, keeps office details up to date in the background, and delivers a more reliable experience overall.
Scheduling Settings → The public scheduling settings page in Door James Meet has improved styling and interactions, making it easier to review and adjust scheduling options.
Badges on Map → Team badges now use a distinct color, and badge logic has been simplified for a cleaner map experience.
Expandable Content → New collapsible content areas improve onboarding and information screens, such as expandable privacy details.
