Feedback / Suggestion Tickets
If there's a "no-bug“ , "Not a bug " written in the ticket, the ticket can most likely be ignored as it just provides feedback.
A generic answer would be fine, like:
" Thanks a lot for the valuable feedback, we will consider this in our next development cycles“ .
Furthermore, please forward to your team, everyone from Door James team, to avoid responding to internal tickets (if it's test or feedback)
Note :
Tickets from the Doorjames Team can be ignored / resolved.
