How to Set up a Booking with DoorJames
1. Login to Door James App.
2. Select the office location on the filter tab. Once office location had been selected, Click on "Start Booking".
3. Choose "Asset Type", "Date and Time", "Features" and "Area".

Area will depend on the office location you selected.
4. Once booking modification is done, click on "Show Results" button. A set of available desk will be shown in List view and Map view.

5. Select the desk or room that you want to book.
- If you are booking using List view, just click on the available desk or room and click "confirm".
- If you are booking using Map view, just click on the available desk or room then click "Book Now" you will be directed to another page and click "confirm".
- If you wish to repeat your booking then click the check box button.
6. Once Asset had been booked, a confirmed notification will popped up and you will see it under Booking tab.
Note: If you wish to nullify your reserved booking, click on the asset's name under Bookings and hit the delete button.
