Overview

Desks or meeting rooms may be unavailable if they are blocked in the Admin Panel.

How to Block an Area

1. Log in to the Admin Panel

2. Select the correct office

3. Open Office

4. Open Area Management

5. Click the three dots next to the area

6. Select Block

Blocking an area cancels all active bookings within that area.

How to Deactivate an Asset

1. Open Office → Assets

2. Locate the asset

3. Toggle the Activation switch off

The asset will no longer be bookable.

Bereich blockieren

1. Office → Area Management öffnen

2. Drei Punkte auswählen

3. Block klicken

Asset deaktivieren

1. Office → Assets

2. Aktivierungsschalter deaktivieren
