Blocked Desks / Meeting rooms
Issue : Unable to book a desk/ meeting room due to error "This entity has been blocked and therefore cannot be counted"
Checked the desk / meeting room status.

Template :
The status quo of the Office Setup is in the responsibility of the respective Admin users of your location.
Please reach out to your admin users, which are most likely your location managers or members of the reception.
They can explain you why certain areas are blocked or you can request to them to activate more desks/room.
You can determine who is the administrator or manager of the location in Doorjames Admin Panel.
Choose the location
Go to Manage , select Role Access and Users.
Once you have the names of the administrators or manager , you can provide it to the user.
In addition, you could also guide them to open a facility management problem ticket under the category "other". However, for this you first need to investigate whether the component "Report a problem" has been activated for this office.
