Privacy Policy
Admin
Only admins are able to work on the Privacy Policy in the Admin Panel.
To do so, work to “Manage”-Data Control & GDPR- Privacy Policy.
There you can choose whether you want to add your own existing privacy policy to Door James or whether you want Door James to generate a privacy policy for you.
In case you decide to add your existing privacy policy to Door James, turn on the purple switch on that option. Then type the URL from your privacy policy.
In case you decide to let Door James generate a privacy policy for you, turn on the purple switch on that option. Door James will need:
è Your organization name
è Your organization address
è Your organization contact
è Your organization officer
è The officer’s name
è The officer’s address.
After choosing the option you prefer, do not forget to save your changes.
The privacy policy that you choose, will be shown in the Member App under Settings for users to read.
