Data Deletion and Anonymization

Only those with the Admin role are able to change the Data control & GDPR settings in the Admin Panel. The managers are able to see the settings, however not able to change.

To change the settings, go to “Manage”- Data Control & GDPR- Data retention.

There you can set the anonymization and deletion of the data.

The anonymization defines when the user’s data is anonymized. To define that, just enter a number in the left field (this field only accepts digits) and select the duration from the drop-down menu. It can either be:

è  Day

è  Week

è  Month

è  Year

è  Never

The deletion defines when the user’s data should completely be deleted. To define that enter a number in the left field and select the duration from the drop-down option.

Only after you have changed something, the purple “Save”-button will be able to be pressed

Do not forget to click save at the end.
