How to Deactivate the Member App

In case there is a need to deactivate the member app and later activate it again, managers and admins in the Admin Panel are able to do that.
To do that, go to “Manage”- Member App- Settings.
Next to “Member App”, you can use the purple switch to turn the app on and off.
You are also able to decide the availability of your office to the members of your organization.
Click on the drop-down menu under “Automation” and decide who can reserve assets in your office through the member app. It can either be:
è Any member of the organization.
è Only members of your office.
Do not forget to save your changes.
