How to use the Covid-19 Tracing Feature

To ensure the safety of your members and a return to the office that is appropriate for the current situation, Door James offers a Covid tracing feature.
If someone in your office is infected, they can let you know and you are able to trace all members who were in the office during the time the infected member was there. This way it is possible to contact those members specifically to ensure that they take the necessary precautions.
Additionally, you can create a list for disinfection. This tool makes sure that all assets that were used during one day can be disinfected correctly.
To do so, go to “Asset Booking”- Covid 19. In the first field, enter the email of the infected member. Then enter the period within that member was in the office and click the purple “Show list” button.
A list of all people who were in the office during that period will open up. You are able to see from when to when these members were in the office, their name and their E-Mail address.
This list can then be printed and you are also able to directly notify them of the infection risk by clicking on “Notify members”.
To create a list for disinfection, select a day and click on the purple button “Show list”. All the assets that were used during that day will be shown. This list can be printed and be handed over to the responsible cleaning staff.
