How to Manage a Booking for a Member

You can manage all bookings in your office via the Office overview.
Go to “Asset booking”- Overview. You can delete bookings, do the check-in or the check-out.
To do so, click on the three dots next to the booking you want to manage.
If the member has a booking in the future, you can either delete the booking or do the check-in for the member.
If you delete it, the booking will disappear, if you do the check-in you will see the Status of the booking change.
After doing the check-in you can also do the check-out for the member. However, afterwards, in case the check-out was done before the original reservation ended, you cannot book it again.
